1. RETURN WINDOW

Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund 
or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return 
we will notify you of the approval or 
rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed 
to your original payment method within 
3-5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

3. Contact your bank

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item

refund at no extra cost.

6. LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but 
you have not received it, contact us within 
7 days and we will investigate and resolve 
the issue promptly.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's 
responsibility unless the item arrived 
damaged or defective.
